NOTE: The chapter is no longer accepting unpaid reservations or issuing refunds. We lost over $500 on a past dinner when we had guaranteed an attendance number to the restaurant. Then, verbally committed but unpaid no-shows decimated the planned receipts. We use the dinner overage to donate to organizations we all support. Any cancellations received after the reservation is paid will be converted to a donation. As a 501(c)3 nonprofit, your donation is deductible to the extent allowed by law.
